Can my block take a duplex?
It depends on zoning, lot size and frontage. We check the planning controls at the feasibility stage.
DA or CDC?
Some duplexes qualify for a complying development certificate, which is usually faster. We advise which path suits your site.
Can the two homes be sold separately?
Often yes, through Torrens or strata subdivision. We coordinate with your surveyor and certifier.
Do both homes have to look the same?
No. They can mirror each other or have different façades and layouts.
Is my build insured?
Where required (residential work over $20,000 incl. GST), you receive a Home Building Compensation (HBCF) certificate of insurance before any deposit or work. How HBCF works →

A written contract and schedule, then our licensed team builds and keeps you updated at each stage.

Handover
Final inspection, occupation certificate, documents and warranties handed over with the keys.
