Do I need approval?
Some work is exempt, some needs a CDC, and some needs a DA. We tell you which applies.
Can we stay in the house?
Often, for part of the work. We plan staging and safety with you.
What about older homes?
We check the existing structure, services and materials before we price.
Kitchens and bathrooms?
Yes, as part of a larger renovation.
Is my build insured?
Where required (residential work over $20,000 incl. GST), you receive a Home Building Compensation (HBCF) certificate of insurance before any deposit or work. How HBCF works →
