When you send an enquiry, call or email us, we collect the details you give us, such as your name, phone number, email address, the address of your property and information about your project.

Why we collect it

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, arrange a site visit or consultation, prepare a quote, and deliver and manage your project. We do not sell your personal information.

Website analytics and cookies

This website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are viewed. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your browser, device and approximate location. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Who we share it with

We only share your information where needed to deliver your project or meet the law, for example with designers, certifiers, insurers (including Home Building Compensation Fund cover) and government authorities, or with service providers that host our website and email.

Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we keep it only as long as we need it for business or legal purposes.

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing [email protected] or calling 0489 034 567. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
